Alexandro is an independent AI assistant project. Privacy questions and data requests can be sent through the contact form.
We use this data to operate the website and bot, generate requested AI responses, process contact requests, provide paid or limited bot features, prevent abuse, secure the service, troubleshoot failures and comply with lawful requests.
Depending on the feature used, data may be processed by Telegram, AI model providers, Google reCAPTCHA, Google Analytics, Resend for email delivery, and Hetzner for hosting and infrastructure. These providers operate under their own terms, privacy policies and applicable data-processing agreements, including the Hetzner DPA where applicable, and may process data in different locations.
Necessary session and security cookies are used to operate the site. Google Analytics and Google reCAPTCHA are loaded only after the relevant consent choice. You can choose necessary cookies only; contact forms requiring reCAPTCHA remain unavailable without that consent.
Contact records, conversation records and operational logs are kept only for support, service operation, security and legal purposes, and are deleted or anonymised when no longer needed. Temporary media is removed when processing no longer requires it.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion of personal data, restriction or objection to processing, and withdrawal of consent. Use the contact form to submit a request. You may also complain to the data protection authority applicable to you.
